eAIP Document Conversion

Conversion from an existing AIP to an eAIP can be a very difficult process for a new client due to the initial high level of expert knowledge required to create and structure the documents according to the DTD provided as part of the standard by Eurocontrol.

Our services team here at M-AIS have the expertise to allow a quick and smooth transition to a set of structured eAIP documents suitable for immediate upload to the client system.

This can also ease the client burden if a lack of staff resources would hinder progress, usually our staff would complete the conversion in parallel with the system installation then deliver the system plus the new documents at the same time.

AIP Document Conversion

We provide for all levels of AIP conversion from 8 – 3 part ICAO, paper to electronic and electronic to FrameAPS. We have over 12 years of experience in this field and have converted or helped to convert more than 30 AIPs from many different countries.

As with the eAIP our staff would normally aim to complete the conversion in parallel with the system installation then deliver the system plus the new documents at the same time.
